"Went to Starkville for TX A&M baseball game vs State as part of returning home from another trip, so night before the game decision. As late as it was, 9-10:30 pm, Heather responded regarding availability, if her cleaner could have it taken care of before we arrived after 2 pm. She pleasantly conveyed she would confirm in the morning. She did such before 8 am. She was always pleasant to deal with.
